Illegal to marry for money?
My brother was asked by an illegal alien to
marry him so she can become a US citizen.
She would give him $4,000. Is there any
law against this?

Marriage specifically for the reason of obtaining a green card is improper and in violation of the immigration regulations. It is a fraudulent act.
