I married my girlfriend while she while her being here with a b2 visa. how do I go about change of status? how many forms does it take so she can stay? and can she work? what are the cost of the status change and is there anything we can say that may hurt us?

You should obtain a lawyer to go through the process with you, and if necessary, go to the interview with you.
