Latangie Williams Law Office of Latangie Williams, P.A.

Voluntary departure (VD) prevents the individual from being subjected to a final order of removal and therefore the 10 year ban from reentering the US. Keep in mind that VD is not available in all cases. For further assistance, please contact my office at 1-800-408-5818.
