i married to a citizen got divorce

married again on a green card trying to sponsor my husband got hearing today immigration told me it was a fraud what could happen next

You may be referred to an immigration judge, and the burden will be on you to prove that your marriage is based on mutual love and affection. (For that matter, the immigration service may examine both marriages). If you have further questions please contact my office.
