Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Immigration

By my understanding upon naturalization their under aged children are also naturalized. If this is so, if an unaware individual didn't have their underage child naturalized can the child now an adult need to file on their own or are they already naturalized?

Re: Immigration

It sounds as though perhaps your parents naturalized when you were still a child. If that is the case, you may have derivative citizenship. However, naturalization laws are somewhat complex and the situation will vary depending upon the specific facts. If you'd like to review your situation in detail please email or call my office to set a time to do so.
