Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Immigration Waiver??

About 5 months ago my boyfriend of 3 years was deported back to Mexico after being here in the states for 7 years. We would like to file for a fiance visa and get married as soon as possible. If not i would be willing to go to mexico and get married there and instead file for a spouse visa. Either way we understand that due to his deportation we are required to file for a ''waiver'' of some sort prior to any visa. I cannot find ANY information on this ''waiver'' Can someone help me and stear me in the right direction? Please!

Re: Immigration Waiver??

You may need two waivers; one for the deportation and another for the unlawful presence.

You may find information on the unlawful presence waiver here:
