Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hi, This is regarding immigration.

I am in FL, USA now on H4 visa and my visa is going to expire on 9th mar 2011.

I don't want to go back to india. wanted to get student visa.

I have applied in 1 university and they have 1 course start in jan-2011 and another in aug-2011.

so which course I should join?

they can issue me I-20 but in I-20 start date should be jan-2011 or aug-2011?

which one is beneficial to me?

please suggest.

Hello:

You must get approved F-1 change of status from USCIS before attending. It would have to be the start date of January 2011. Please contact me for more information.
