Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
interview
We are waiting for our change of status interview, however I have been offered a good job in NY. Is there any problem if my wife stays back in FL due to her job and relocates after a couple of months ?
I came here on an F1 visa and my wife is a U.S citizen. WE have been married for one year.
All the papers were filed in August of 2000.
I have already recieved my employment card.
Is it o.k. for me to fly back to town when the interview day has been setup or do you advice me to stay here till the interview is over with ?
Thank you.
