Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have job opportunity in the UK, however I have several convictions which are misdemeanor offenses. Will my work visa be denied? the offenses are as followed.

1. Petty Theft -2006 - court fine no probation/incarceration.

2. Disorderly Conduct 2009 - Court fine no probation/incaceration .

3. Leaving the scene of an accident w/o rendering aid - dismissed

I not want to waste the employers time and money if these offenses will disqualify me.
