Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I have a jordanian boyfriend which i met while traveling nov 2013.Our relationship is mostly by email,skipe or cell but we love each other.im citizen usa.Hes divorced but never traveling usa. I really want to get marry under christian ceremony here. He tells me is not easy to get visa in jordan to come to usa. Hows the law in jordan about this topic . How can i marry him?Do i have to mrry under muslim law there?

I can only give you advice concerning U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law. Therefore, I cannot address your questions regarding going to Jordan or issues that may arise from that.
If you file for a U.S. fiance visa for him, it probably will be a lengthier & more challenging process, however, not necessarily impossible. There will be obstacles due to the fact that your relationship is mainly long distance & because he is from Jordan.
