Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My kids father has stayed past his Visa expiration for more than a year. He has always worked, paid taxes, and taken care of our two small children. He was just deported from Florida yesterday, they are taking him to the South Louisiana Correctional Center in Basile.
We cannot afford a lawyer, nor does he apply for a waiver for extreme hardship as we are not legally married, nor are our kids over 21.
What is the likelihood he will be deported back to Mexico and barred?
Is there anything me, or my family can do to help?
Should we go to his hearing in Louisiana?
What should he do in preparation for this hearing?
