Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
What kind of Visa do I need?
Hi, I am a German citizen, married to an USC. My husband wants to go back to the US and I was wondering what type of Visa do I need and how long it would take to be processed. Would you recommend hiring an Immigration lawyer? Thank you!

Re: What kind of Visa do I need?
If you are both in Germany, I would suggest that you visit the U.S. Consulate in Germany and they will let you know what needs to be done from there.
If your husband is already in the U.S., he should file an I-130 petition for you. You may then be eligible for a K-3 visa to enter the U.S. to await the approval of the petition.
If you would like to further discuss your options, you may contact me at (954) 522-1088. Good luck.
