L 1 visa

I have a company how much is it to bring my employee here from India? I mean as far as the entire cost for my LLC and bring the employee. Also I need to know can someone on a L 1 visa in the usa go to school for there masters degree?

There are various costs involved in seeking an L-1 (e.g. the government fees are $320 and $500, and possibly premium processing charges of $1,000). It sounds like you already have an established U.S. company, so the next requirements will involve determining whether the employee qualifies under the law.

Employees in L-1 status may be able to study in the U.S., provided they are still able to work full-time for the U.S. company. In other words, as long as the employment is the primary activity, it may be okay according to past government guidance.
