Re: l 1 visa

The L-1 non-immigrant visa is complex and includes two distinct types of visas. One type of L-1 involves executives or managers and the other involves those with "specialized knowledge". The potential L-1 transferee must work for the overseas related company for at least one of the past three years before filing for L-1 status. It is wise to consult with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss this and your other possible immigration options. We are available for a telephone consultation if you wish to call our office. We wish you the best in petitioning for a JAVA programmer.
