Convictions or arrests for drug crimes, illegal firearms possession or sales, espionage, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse or neglect, human trafficking, terrorist activity, and more can lead to foreign nationals being removed from the United States. It goes without saying that murder, rape and torture cannot be waived even if they occurred long ago.
