I am a naturalized US citizen aand I an the legal guardian for my 9 year oold neice still living in Jamaica can I get her to the US and petition for her

Have you formally adopted her? Once this occurs and is finalized, she will qualify as an immediate relative of a US Citizen. Please contact my office for more details, as well as initiating the State of Florida procedures for adoption, if necessary.
