Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Marriage
I am a political Assylum holder that will be receiving my Green Card in the next couple of months. I have been with my girlfriend for over 2 years, she is Hungarian and she overstayed her visa. Is there anyway that she can become legal if we decide to get married? Would she be able to drive around and go to college?
Thanks for taking the time to read this and help me out

Yes. But she might be required to go back to her country for a time.
