Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I got married to an american citizen and I am applying for the green card. I am currently under H2B visa, and 3 years ago I worked with J1 visa. There is a question on form I-765 if I have ever applied for work authorization. Does H2B count as work authorization? Should I answer yes or no? Thanks
