Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I been married to a US Citizen for almost a year now. I entered the country with a tourist visa. I Live in the US. I would like to apply for a permanent residency. I know all the forms are in the USCIS.gov page, but i would like to know what forms to apply to first.

Hi,
Your spouse will sign the immigrant petition and affidavit of support and the biographic questionnaire. You will sign the biographic questionnaire, adjustment of status, employment authorization and advance parole document applications. All paperwork is filed concurently with the USCIS.
