Want to get married to illegal

I just became 18, I only have one year of filing taxes(which 3yrs is required),and i want to marry my boyfriend who is an illegal immigrant(visa expired 9months ago). What happens now?

Your one year of taxes is fine. The issue will be that he has been an illegal immigrant subject to a bar from the US for a specific period of time.

You may go ahead and just list your most recent year of taxes. You can also get a joint-sponsor who has paid taxes for the previous 3 years and made above the required income to satisfy any concerns the USCIS may have.
