getting married with an imigrant

Me and my boyfriend with been dating for over a year and want to get married. He is from mexico and is here illegal what can we do to get married and dont have him been deported. We are marring for love not for money

You'll likely need to apply for his permanent residence and eventually have him go back to Mexico for the consular interview in conjunction with a waiver application if he's been unlawful in the U.S. for over 1 year.
