Getting married

I was a US resident who committed a felony, served my time and was held by INS.I have lived in Florida for 34 years.I (in 1993) signed my deportation papers.I am from Cuba.I will be marrying a US Citizen.What I would like to know is what are the paper work to fill out after I get married in order for me to become an US resident again, and how long do I have to wait in order to start the paperwork.

Your question is not clear. Unless you are an attorney yourself, it is highly advisable that you NOT handle this matter yourself. It is very possible that you will NOT even be eligible for permanent residence again. Only an immigration expert experienced in this matter could advise. Factors such as the exact type of crime, the times served, what papers you signed, did you ever leave, etc. all play into the equation. Email or phone for further information. Good luck!
