Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I got married on the 15th of March and my tourist visa expires on the 23rd of March. Is it enough time to apply for adjustment of status and just continue my visit in the country or I may have to leave?

As long as you are married to a U.S. citizen, it does not matter if you accrue unlawful presence for purposes of adjusting status. However, it could affect your ability to travel outside the United States while your adjustment of status is pending.
