You can apply for your greencard although your current visa is about to expire. Please call my office at 904-576-2581 or email me at [email protected] for a free consultation.
Your U.S. citizen husband can petition for you to get lawful permanent residence. However, since you are a J-1 visa holder, you may need a waiver of the two-year home residency requirement. You should speak with an experienced immigration attorney before proceeding. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
