Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am a mexican citizen who travel 2 or 3 times a year to the usa i had a misdemeanor charge in dade county fl back in 1993 . since a year ago aprox. on every entry to the usa i need to go to a secondary supervision for that reason i was suggested by the us customs and borders officials tohave my case expunge to avoid secondary supervision. i search my criminal history over the fl dept. of law enforcment and at reading it i dont see any disposition about my case. it seems like a forgotten matter. what can i do living in mexico without the case of presenting myself to the proper office with a legal rep.

Even having it expunged will still require you to answer truthfully about the crime on visa applications, admission forms, and to officers' questions. Whether expunging it would stop CBP from noticing it is a different issue. You could seek to have it expunged, with the understanding to remain truthful about the crime when questioned.
If you would like to have the record expunged, feel free to contact me.
