Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am a naturalized American Citizen and I want to apply for my brothers green card. He has never been in the US before. I know the Green Card process for siblings is taking about 10 years. My brother plans to visit me in a couple of years. May we apply for his Tourist Visa before I apply for his green card? Is there any problem applying for the Green Card first? Thank you.

There should not be a problem, since the process is so lengthy & he would not be eligible to adjust status if he overstayed his B-2 visa anyway.
