Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Non-Resident Alien -- LLC Owner
I am a single owner of an LLC formed in Florida (no employees, just me). However, I live in Slovakia (Europe) and manage my Florida LLC from Slovakia over the phone & Internet.
Is it OK for me to manage my company this way or am I breaking the law somehow (e.g. by not having a work permit or CEO)?

Re: Non-Resident Alien -- LLC Owner
You are fine doing this. Many of my business clients do this after I set up their FL company for them. But you may need help making sure you comply with all of the state and federal laws that apply to you. Let me know if you want help with this.
