overseas wedding

Hi I'm a 19 year old us citizen and i would like for my fiancee who is oversea to come here. How old do i have to be to apply for him to come live here in the us with me?

You may apply for your fiancee now, assuming your fiancee is also over 18 years of age.

We'll have to document your relationship with your fiancee. The petition will have to be filed with U.S. Immigration (now called USCIS). After they approve it, your fiancee will have to apply for a visa at a U.S. consulate to come to the U.S. Once she is here, you must marry within 90 days. Then, a petition for her permanent residence can be filed.

Finacee Petitions are very detailed oriented, and it's best that you have an experience immigration attorney.
