parent
i aplied for my dad who has underage children, would he be able to travel with them? cause he has no way to leave them his wife just pass a way.

If you are a US citizen and have filed for your father, the petition will not extend any derivative benefits to the children. A consulate may be willing grant a humanitarian parole or extneded visitor visa to the children, or they may require student visas or the like.
