Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I petitioned for my husband of 8 years in 2010, he came in 2012 (April), after many unfaithful acts I decided to file for divorce, Is it too soon to file for my fiance?

As long as you are legally divorced, & have a final judgement to prove it, you are free to petition a subsequent fiance or spouse at any time.
However, keep in mind that the forms require you to specify all former spouses, & you must also declare having "sponsored" your ex-husband on the Affidavit of Support (even if you are divorced, your obligation under the I-864 remains until he naturalizes, dies, or pays into social security for 40 quarters).
