Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am planning to file I-129F. I understand most of the procedures about how to fill out the form, and what need to be prepared.
Here is my questions to you.
1) What type of "evidence" is suffice to prove that we met each other within the last 2 years? I saw her just 2 months ago at LAX. Is her passport page that contains the U.S. admission stamp good enough for the evidence?
2) What kind of statement do I need to provide that we will marry within 90 days?
3) What is "copies of any evidence you wish to submit to establish your mutual intent"? Is our photos together will do? Or, what else do I need ?
Thank you,

1. The in-person meet proof: Receipts of flight tickets/hotels/restaurants your visited etc when in your fiance home country visiting with them.
2. Exactly that statement - that you plan to marry within 90 days of her entering the United States under the I-129F
3. Not quite sure of your last question.
I hope I've answered your question; however as I dont know all of the facts on your matter it might be better to set up a consultation with me for a more in depth evaluation of your case.
