Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Process to marry an illegal immigrant
My fiance entered legally but has overstayed his visa. We would like to get married next month, however. What is the process for doing so? Does it matter what state we get married in? If so, what are the regulations for doing so in Florida?

You may marry in any state and the process for applying for lawful permanent residence through marriage to a US citizen is explained further here:

You can marry, though he might be required to go back to his country for awhile, depending on how long he overstayed.
