Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

What is the processingn time for an I290B Motion To Reopen(MTR) at the Texas Service Center? My MTR was filed in February 2010, and it has been one year with no response from USCIS, is there anything i can do to get an answer?

I-290B administrative appeals take up to one year to be adjudicated. If after the one year anniversary it has not been adjudicated, you can send a letter to the service center adjudicating your MTR and remind them you have not received a decision on the matter after one year.
