What law in Florida gives the public the right to view immigration records?

Freedom of Information Act allows access to any public record; therefore, if there has been a proceeding of some sort, you can request a copy of the records with the proper form. Caveat: some records, depending on their substance for reasons of security will not be revealed; however, you are usually advised in a response from the agency from which you request the records.
