Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Hi, I have a Q. regarding my husband's immigration. I am a US citizen and he is an immigrant who entered into US without inspection when he was about 14, currently 24. His parents applied to change immigration status in the 2001, however, its still in process. Is there anything i can do about it, May be i can apply for him?
