Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Well my question is my legal papers have expired ..I'm ready to leave the country and go back to south America ..but I have a warrant for not showing up to court for a cannabis charge ..but I have no future here..can I leave the country? Because I will get deported anyways ..and I'm never planning on coming back
. Please help.me your answer will be much needed thanks

The problem will not be leaving the U.S. but re-entering the U.S. if you have a criminal conviction against you.
