Re: regrading my future
If you and your fiancee are ready to marry, I suggest that you set an appointment with an immigration attorney to discuss your next steps. If you to set a time to talk, please email or call my office. From what you have described, you should be able to adjust status (that is to say, get a greencard). However, I would need additional information before I could be sure of the process for you. I will look forward to hearing from you.
Re: regrading my future
Assuming you entered with a tourist visa, you can adjust your status to permanent residence through marriage to a U.S. citizen.
