Should I reply the RFE on I102 soon, or wait to see if FOIA will be received before the due date?

I applied for I130 (wife of us citizen), I485, I765 and I102(lost passport and I94 long time ago). Received a RFE on I102, right after I received the biometric appoitment, and went to it on October 12. I sent a letter to FOIA requesting all my entried, but they're months backlogged. Should I wait, or just reply with any details I have right now?(no I-94 info or original passport anymore).

You will likely want to respond to the RFE and include a copy of the FOIA request. You may want to have an immigration attorney assist you with the response.
