Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My name is Saibharathi Muddapu

I received RFE for my H4 EAD (I-765) form - it says "You submitted a photocopy of a marriage certificate showing your name as P,Sairbarathi. The spelling of your name is different from the name on your Application for Employment Authorization (I-765). Please submit evidence of your true name."

Here P is actually my maiden name (my sur name before marriage). There is no "r" after "Sai", I think they are reading i as r.

But there is a letter "h" missing on marriage certificate, it says P. Sai Barathi.

Correcting Marriage Certificate is time taking process in India.

So can I respond to RFE to show my true name by providing Indian Driving License, wedding card, kids birth certificates which has my name included..?
