Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
A Secret Service member lived across the street about a year ago. He said he is working on his security clearance. Then, he is asking information about my wife who is a Legal Alien Resident. Like, date of entrance to the USA, full legal name, country of origen.
He said he does not need my information because I am a US Citizen, only hers. Is that legal and OK?

It sounds suspicious. I would not answer any of his questions . If he continues to harass you, I would contact the appropriate authorities.
