Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Hello sir or madam, my conditional resident spouse/wife has abandoned our marriage as filing form I-751 draws near. Since July 2010 she's in Jordan. Do I need to inform USCIS? My options please?

You will now have to self petition to remove the condition from your conditional greencard. The I-751 now works as a waiver to allow you to do this and you base it on either death of spouse /divorce of spouse /extreme hardship/ or battered cruel behavior by your spouse.
Good luck
