Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My sister has petitioned for me under F4 category in 2008. The file has been approved and I also received the case number from NVC. My sister now plans to move to India permanently with her family. What happens to the petition that has been filed for me? What can we do when my call comes for interview. Can my sister go to US at that time (When my call comes after few years), process paperwork so that I get the Greencard?
