after marrigae to US citizen how can Canadian citizen receive US social security card?

You'll want to first apply for your permanent residence. As part of the process, you'll receive an interim employment authorization document which will allow you to obtain a social security number at the local Social Security Administration.

After marriage to a US citizen you will need to file an I-130 immigrant visa petition, an I-485 application to adjust status, and a I-765 application for employment authorization. Once that is issued you can then take it to the social security office for a number to be issued to you. If you would like assistance please contact my office.
