Sponsorship
I recently (2007) sponsored my brothers wife here in Fl. but now I want to recind the sponsorship for various reasons. What do I need to do? Please help

Did you sponsor her with a labor certification? All you have to do is withdraw the labor certification from consideration. Now, if you sponsored her some other way, please tell me how, unless she came in with your brother. If you are talking about an affidavit of support, well, once signed your stuck with it unless you withdraw the original petition. Still don't believe that you sponsored your sister-in-law alone. Tell me exactly what you filed?
