Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Someone over stayed visa and living in Spain
Please help....
My cousins friend is in trouble.
He is Nigerian and had a visa to go to Austria, that was part of the Schegen and he was in Italy and now Spain. He has over stayed his visa by 2-3 years.
How can we help him get to America.
He has a girlfiriend that wants to go to Spain to marry him, and then petition for him in USA, however, how can that be when he is in Spain illegal and is from Nigeria.
