Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
next step
I recently married a man who is not a citizen of the US, now that we are married what is the next step to getting him legal here. I am a citizen of the US. We have been on so many sites we just aren't sure what our next step should be. Any help would be appreciated

That depends on a large number of factors. Among these are how your spouse entered the U.S. whether he was ever in removal or deportation proceedings, does he have a criminal record etc. You really need to consult with an attorney.
