stepson petition

my husband who is a USC wants to petition my sons in the PHilippines. Is this possible? we got married here in US last year and my sons ages are 14 and 16.

Yes, your husband may file petitions on behalf of each of your sons. Since these would be considered immediate relative petitions, there is no quota. It is a 2 step process, involving first filing an immigrant visa petition in the U.S. (which may take up to 9 months for approval), and then having immigrant visa interviews in Manila.
