Where can I find a summary of the acts entailed in the immigration and nationality act, and where can I find documentation from college proffesors detailing this information?

The Immigration & Nationality Act can be found in an almost-updated form at INS' website (usins.gov)and professor commentary would be found in their textbooks. However, Professors live in the world of theory, while immigration attorneys are better acquainted with the nuts and bolts of actually assisting the foreigner in obtaining the visa, citizenship, etc. Thus, I suggest you visit shusterman.com for commentary.
