suspected dui
was arrested in 1986 for suspected dui,booked and fingerprinted passed the breathaliser and was released next morning under my own recognisance,case dismissed in court my attorney attended not me no fines were incurred,I am applying for citizenship have a greencarg for over 16 yrs, do I have to admit to arrest even though my file was sealed
