my fiance is presently living in sweden, She is a German citizen. She is intending to relocate to the US. We are planning to marry and would need to apply for her permanent visa. What forms will be required and would this be the right approach to handle. She also has a child that is under 18 yoa and that child may be relocating would that cause any issues..
